Bausatz Wortarmbanduhr / Kit for Word Wristwatch

Bausatz für die Wortarmbanduhr. Die Platine wird mit passendem Atmega328 inklusive aufgespielter Firmware geliefert werden.

Optional können auch die elektronischen Bauteile und die LEDs (kaltweiß, 120 Stück) direkt mit bestellt werden oder ab sofort auch fertig bestückte und getestete Platinen. Der Bauteilsatz besteht aus:

Passende Gehäuse aus eloxiertem Aluminium gibt es hier oder als Alternative Gehäuse aus Hartholz.

Hier geht es zur Lötanleitung. Die aktuelle Firmware (V3.15) kann hier geladen werden. Zum Bespielen wird ein 3,3V FTDI Adapter benötigt. Mit dabei ist auch eine Übersicht über alle verfügbaren Modi.

Build your own word wristwatch! The kit includes the PCB, all parts and (if you want) also 120 cold white LEDs. The microcontroller comes with installed firmware. The soldering instruction is available here: soldering instruction. You can also buy fully assembled PCBs!!! The firmware can be downloaded as hex-file. You'll need a 3.3V FTDI board for uploading. Using a 5V board may damage the LEDs.

The PCB size is 32x32mm. All parts are in 0603 size. The firmware includes German, English, French, Dutch and Swiss-German language. The watch will show you the time in words, the seconds as big numbers, as well as the day of the month. There is also a menu for showing the date in full as running text and the battery power. The battery should last around 1 to more than 2 years depending on your usage.

Housings are available made of anodised aluminium (grey and black) and also out of walnut or beech. The shipping (worldwide) costs depend on your destination. Just write a mail and we'll send you all necessary information.
